We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us with the email address used at checkout and your order details:

Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page (Account → Manage billing). Cancellation stops future billing. Access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing period. You may also cancel, update your payment method or download invoices through the Stripe customer portal linked in your account.
Exceptions
Refund requests made after the 14-day window may be considered on a case-by-case basis, particularly in cases of service unavailability or billing errors. We will also honour any additional rights you have under applicable consumer law.
