Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at trinovasoul@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the refund.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing. Access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing period.
Exceptions
Refund requests made after the 14-day window may be considered on a case-by-case basis, particularly in cases of service unavailability or billing errors. We will also honour any additional rights you have under applicable consumer law.
